Isolated Channel System

Stravifloor Channel* is an isolated steel batten system for the support of concrete but mainly lightweight, panelized floating floors applications, using strong, galvanized steel channels over the isolation pads.

This system improves the structural stability of the floating floor and provides lower differential deflection resulting from live load or concentrated loadsIt also allows for larger isolation pad spacing, which reduces material and installation costs,

FRAME : 305 mm. deep, 16 gage galvanized steel channel 
BLADES : Airfoil shaped galvanized steel sheet. Blades positioned at 45° angle and spaced approximately 305mm. center to center
External : 18 gage galvanized steel
Internal : 22 gage perforated galvanized steel 
ACOUSTICS INSULATION : Sound Absorption Material (Non flammable) 
FINISH : Mill or Powder Coating (Optional)
 
Structural Elastomeric 
Bearing

Stravibase SEB* is a bespoke structural elastomer bearing for the structural isolation of buildings and other structures.

Stravibase SEB comprise a series of elastomer pads laminated to formwork on one or both sides. These bearings can be designed to meet natural frequencies between 6Hz and 20Hz, and can be manufactured in a variety of dimensions to accommodate acoustic design loads up to 10MPa.

Stravibase SpringBox* bearings are pre-compressed spring bearings for structural isolation of buildings and structures.
